Fungal diseases represent a widely spread natural phenomenon affecting many of wild and domesticated plants. In nature, all plant species forms communities mixed character, the spatial pattern dominant is usually irregular spotted. Some are impregnable to certain infection, which provides kind barrier infection within community. Under agricultural environment, when single may occupy huge area, species-specific parasite takes great advantage develop focal outbreaks fast spreading area. The concentration vulnerable plants absence barriers areas provokes fungal diseases, that have highly harmful consequences result in significant yield losses. One purposes satellite optical data an operative, cost-effective diagnostic and, combination with climatic datasets crop rotation information, prognosis disease appearance severity. this paper, we describe system prognostic monitoring measures control wheat Central Kazakhstan special attention septoria leaf blotch. procedure map probability blotch appearance. into consideration three main variables: model ecological niche for Septoria, presence residue, Vegetation Condition Index counted late spring (May) current year. new spectral index, introduced core component activity. index sensitive severity at middle (stages 8-11, accordingly Feekes growth stages) periods development.
